Does your home mirror who lives there?
Does it show hints of your hobbies, hidden talents, what’s important to you?
My mother and I went to Maui for a vacation. Mom brought oil pastels and drawing paper. We sat one sunny afternoon and each drew a picture of a palm tree. Mine is featured on the left. I had it matted and framed and I hung it by my “tea bar.” My tea bar is in our bedroom and it reminds my husband and me each night to take time to relax and reflect on our day with a nice hot cup of chamomile tea. |
