This home has an amazing view but needed a remodel. The entry received a complete make over inside and out, including moving the stair way. The living room has low ceilings, to fool the eye I had the ceilings painted in the same color as the walls but in a high gloss sheen. Now the outdoors is reflected inside! The newly designed fireplace focal point wall hosts a TV and audio behind closed doors. The cooks kitchen has lots of room for two people to prep and create gourmet meals with professional grade appliances. The master bath has a feminine touch with freestanding tub that takes full advantage of the view. Strategically placed lighting makes the reflective tile by the bath tub sparkle. The second bath hosts a honey onyx vessel sink and is decidedly more masculine. Color is kept to a minimum, giving timeless design appeal. The powder room with curved glass countertop, blown glass sconces and round window looking out onto a roof top living garden makes for a magical feel.
