This condo needed a facelift. A complete down to the studs remodel was in order. The entry now has an inlaid tile “area rug” interesting light fixture and floating shelf. I took out the columns that were in the former dining room and opened the space that is now a home for a grand piano. By redesigning the kitchen I made room for a dining table which gives the homeowner’s ease in entertaining. The new kitchen with dual height countertops is highly functional for prep and serving. Wrapping the kitchen with warm wood is the perfect compliment for the sleek blue glass tile and modern  stainless trimmed upper cabinets. Replacing the wood floors with tile makes for easy clean up and gives this condo a light and airy foundation. My client's are not afraid of color, the red leather sofa sectional adds impact and is perfect for TV viewing. The bathrooms were tired and drab. The sapale floating wood cabinets with under lighting gives this bathroom a modern minimalist design. Putting in pocket doors with glass lets light in and simplifies the space. The master bedroom is a dramatic makeover with built-in cabinets hosting  dimmable sconces in the upper niches which adds  unexpected mood lighting. This condo is full of surprises with lots of visual interest and functionality.
